The AFEW (African Fund for Endangered Wildlife) Giraffe Centre
is located in Langata, just outside Nairobi. The centre has been
ostensibly set up as a breeding centre for the endangered Rothschild
giraffe, but now operates conservation/education
programs for Kenyan school children.
