Despite the fact that this is a pitch and putt ,composed entirely of par three holes and measuring 2295 yards for eighteen, it is absolutely brutal.
On the plus side ,the course sits virtually in the shadows of Mount Kenya and therefore offers some of the most spectacular that could be found on any golf course.
The course is well-maintained and has a covering of indigenous Kikuyu
grass both on the fairways as well as on the greens. Several holes have
water bunkers, or small ponds, at greenside which are used for drainage
purpose as the course is built on the side of a hill.
There is a profusion of flowering trees ,bushes and plants on the
course, all offering the golfer plenty of opportunities to smell the
flowers. Also abundantly evident are the birds inhabiting this tract of
land.
Flocks of water birds fly about the course and alight at the ponds to
feed. Peacocks also make their way about the ground of the club and all
of its facilities
