Kenya's amazing run at this years' World Athletics Championship in Daegu, South Korea was simply stunning. Yet again, Kenyan athletes’ dominated the long distance events bagging a total of seventeen medals (17) – Seven (7) Gold Medals, Six (6) Silver Medals and Four (4) Bronze medals.
This exemplary performance catapulted the country to number three position only behind the super powers USA and Russia.
