Kenya is profiling Magical Kenya Travel Expo (MKTE) as a-must attend show in the region.

At its sixth edition, the show is hosting travel trade buyers and media from about 40 countries across the globe.

It has also been identified as one of the Key East African Tourism Platform, and therefore an impetus to the growth in regional tourism.

Kenya Tourism Board (KTB) Acting CEO Jacinta Nzioka-Mbithi says MKTE provides an opportunity for exhibitors to benefit from the cost-effective promotional platform that will generate new business by interacting with international trade.

Themed Tourism for all: Explore Endless Travel Possibilities, the fair whose repeat exhibitors is at 94% will be from 12th to 14th October 2016 at KICC.

Further, 84% exhibitors would recommend MKTE to a third party, a positive endorsement of the show that is becoming a-must attend tourism fair in the region and even beyond.

This year, KTB has partnered with the private sector in developing professional and exciting pre-tour itineraries that are 100% experiential and tailored towards the hosted buyers’ product of interest to ensure that they get maximum conversion.

Space booking for exhibitors is up for grabs and participants are advised to visit MKTE website; mkte.co.ke for registration
