Description:
This museum hosts the Gedi ruins, impressive remains of a Swahili town that traces origin from the twelfth century. Named from the Oromaic word Gede. it alludes to the abundant water of the deep stone walls. The walking trail leads to the forest, a sacred site for traditional rituals.
